Shubb (Eastern District of California) stayed a consumer class action pending against T-Mobile USA, Inc. until a decision is rendered in AT&T Mobility LLC v. Concepcion, --- U.S. ----, 130 S.Ct. 3322 (2010). Alvarez v. T-Mobile USA, Inc. (E.D. Cal. December 7, 2010).
